treats & eats

today we are sharing some easy, quick, feel good snacks that are a mix of homemade and store bought. no matter if you are on the go or at home, these delicious snacks will keep you satisfied.

three ingredient snacks

strawberries, sour cream, & brown sugar

dip the strawberries in the sour cream and roll in the sugar for a surprising combination that will leave you wanting more. even if you cringe at the idea of adding sour cream, trust us it will taste like whipped cream

microwave rice krispie treat for one

put roughly ½ tablespoon of butter in a bowl with a handful of mini marshmallows in the microwave until fully melted, then stir in enough rice krispies to reach a desired consistency

blue corn chips, hummus, & swiss

this combination is awesome even if your not a fan of swiss cheese, like me

from the store

mama chia strawberry banana squeeze

these squeezable snacks are super convenient for throwing in your purse or workout bag, delicious, and will fill you up with enough protein from the chia seeds

salt and vinegar pop chips

a great mix between popcorn and chips. indulge guilt free as they are a natural, low cal, fat free salty snack

homemade

homemade granola

this coconut, almond flavored granola is perfect for a yogurt topping, a cereal substitute, or just plain

acai bowls

a booming trend in breakfast, healthy, colorful, fun to prepare, and will provide enough energy to last throughout a long day
